We utilized the surveillance services of Night Moves of Denver, when we suspected that one of our salesmen was conducting personal business, during business hours. This salesman filed a workers comp claim, and was put on light duty. Night Moves of Denver, thru video surveillance was able to prove that the employee was in fact NOT injured, and was shown on video tape able to lift heavy objects. It was also determined that the salesman was only spending 10% of his work week actually working. With the help of the video I was able to terminate the employee with just cause.
